Motilium - a stimulant of intestinal peristalsis, also has an antiemetic effect.The active substance is domperidone.Possessing the effects of some neuroleptics and metoclopramide, domperidone is a dopamine antagonist.

Indications and usage

Mode of application

In chronic dyspeptic conditionsin adults and children over 12 years - 10 mg (1 tablet) 3 times daily.In the absence of the desired effect, the indicated dosage for adults and children over 12 years can be doubled.The maximum daily dose is 80 mg.

Children from 5 to 12 years- 10 mg (1 tablet) 3 times a day.The maximum daily dose is 2.4 mg / kg, but not more than 80 mg.

Contraindications

Side effects
